To assist our client to market, resell and uplift 200 pallets of excess components from 5 different facilities around the world.

A multinational manufacturer of passive electronic components.

To coordinate the shipping from 5 locations across Europe and Malaysia and find an end user within 2 weeks.
 
THE SOLUTION
Our Purchasing Manager Nancy provided an Outright Buy solution using our network of business partners combined with our bespoke software to source an end user that was able to buy the stock at a fair market price. Nancy coordinated the deal across cultural and physical borders to get the stock collected from each location within a few weeks of each other. In this situation, Nancy was able to send 50% of the payment in advance and the remaining 50% after the parts had been checked at A-Grade’s facility.
